I definitely feel that we’re going to be in for some flag happy refs, wanting to throw some penalties on us just because. It's just the way the NFL is nowadays…
I mean, we already have one self righteous fat a$$ NFL Vice President of Football Operations Jon Runyan, who wants to be judge, jury, and executioner. He now has issued a suspension for three games when he was at one time the dirtiest player in the NFL.

Don't buy it. DeMeco tells his guys to go right up to the edge of legal. You do that - you're going to get more flags. He leads an undisciplined unit. He's willing to get more flags in order to be a more intimidating defense. Not counting things like pre-snaps - that's different. I'm talking fouls of aggression.

In off topic news, the Texans magic number for winning the division and clinching the playoffs remain at any combination of 2 Texans wins or 2 losses.

I love a defense that plays with an edge. Of course I loved the old Raiders, Steelers defenses

When driving, have you ever noticed more than one turtle near or on the road? I have a theory that it is either run away teenager turtles or geriatric turtle that is losing it's memory and cannot find a way home.

Oh, thats tragic. If its a teenage turtle... its probably a run away turned street walker just trying to make it on her own.... she probably has a bad relationship with her father and learned to be a fighter, a real snapping turtle to make it day by day.

By the time she shows some leg the cars have already passed.

If this is true, then I love Demeco even more. Absolutely the way a defense should play...

Taking defensive aggression to the edge of what's legal is exactly the way to do it. IMO.
 
I’m hoping that we play smart and aggressive on both sides of the ball.
Surely DeMeco will tell the boys that after all the tension this past week, the league is looking to make an example out of them, and that they better stay disciplined for 60 mins.

If any three of those quarterbacks get hit hard in any of those games, and they go down.
It wouldn’t matter if it’s a hard hit or not,
if they leave the game…,
The Texans will be villainized as the most undisciplined team in the NFL.

They've already been villainzed by a couple of former Titans players who happen to get to be judge and jury.

They really have nothing to lose.

Tyreek and Tua. Tua passed for over 300 today and Tyreek over 100 receiving yards. Whether you agree with the league in the suspension or not, the Texans haven't played at a high level all year and now they're going to be without one of their leaders on defense.

I have a bad feeling about this game against the Dolphins. This has the feeling of the Texans taking the Dolphins lightly (they have a habit of playing to the level of competition) while the Dolphins are just beginning to put things together with Tua catching fire. Last four games Tua has thrown for over 1300 yards with 11 TD's and no picks.
