That was a clean legal hit, but I agree with you. Refs could have easily called it just because how violent the hit was.

I happened to have lived in Denver during the Bronco back to back Super Bowls. The difference is, Mike Shanahan will eat his child if it meant winning a game. The Bronco's stepped on opponents necks and didn't let up. They also had John Elway, who, despite his "nice guy" outward appearance, was a fierce competitor on the football field.

I understand. I'm just saying that while the Broncos continued to crank out thousand yard rushers none of them ever produced like Davis. If anyone can get a thousand yards back there then it just stands to reason that if you find a really good back he'll do even better.
