The emotional detachment comes next. That is when you gain the freedom from destroying your TV and your family and friends start to watch games with you again. It stings the nostrils.

A backup QB who doesn't know where his helmet is or is ready to come into the game.....is a player who isn't preparing like he can be called upon any possible moment. (especially when you're backing up MATT SCHAUB)

One of the most underrated demises of the Kubiak/Smith era.......was the trading of Sage Rosenfels (and no, I'm not one of those Sage > Schaub people. It lead to the signing of Orvlosky, which lead to the insecurity in our back up QB position, which lead to the signing of Grossman, Which lead to Grossman moment, which lead to giving Dan Orvlosky another shot, which lead to the trade of Matt Lienart, and which is going to lead us to **** knows what now.

Wow. Seems like the gameday crew got a call and were told to back off of the
Vick love and pump up the Texans. Want to make it seem like a good game for the blind and dumb.
 
This is a nice game to watch if you are the rest of the AFC south. For me, not so awesome. Kinda like watching a car wreck. shrugs
 
This team gives me at least 3 hours of Tourette's-like verbal tirades every week. MAN. Our starting QB threw a pick on a 2-foot screen pass, and a few minutes later, his backup watches him go down and HAS NO IDEA WHERE HIS OWN HELMET IS.

Meanwhile, the D is on pace to give up almost 400 yards passing (again), and tackles on rushing plays look pathetic.

To think I almost drove up for this game. Ugh.

The way that they're defending our running game kinda reminds me of the Giants game and the Dallas game.....it's like the NFC East team know how to knife into our backfield.
 
Another genius Theismann call: "Walter is the guy the Texans use to convert 3rd downs..." as Walter exits the field on 3rd-and-8.
