I haven't heard much so can't comment specifically. I'd say in general this time of year - no news is bad news. He's not jumping off the page in practice or his name would be out there. Regardless, this team is pretty deep at DL. It's hard to find a scenario where he makes the 53 under any circumstances, but if he shows up in pre-season and these practices against other teams, he's got a decent shot to be on the PS.

Green has become a concern; and the position. Going to the Texans Website and the roster tab, Green and Mason are the only Guards listed. Dieter, Patterson and Scruggs are listed as C/G.

There is also a player, Beach, listed as G/T.

At Center, we still have Morrissey.

More attention needs to be paid to the interior ol. Right now, if Green can't go, I'd guess Dieter at LG and Scruggs at Center.

Patterson is intriguing. Haven't heard anything, positive or negative, but his potential is intriguing. At Notre Dame he didn't give up a sack. Hope he developes.

Reporters know fans are hungry for Stroud news, so content about Keenum gets crowded out. One podcast I listen to said he has looked great. I feel bad for every 2nd and 3rd team defense that has to face him in preseason.

Patterson has been banged up and is falling behind. Nothing major as I understand it. He won't be a starter this year unless it's desperation time.

Maybe. Let's see what happens tomorrow. We also know Mills had an exceptional day throwing with the 2's and 3's. I'm a bit curious how Stoots scores this with his system.

Don't listen to 610 much, but did catch a comment earlier this week that Harris could be something really special - as a MIKE. No mention of where this would put To'oTo'o.

I really get a little irked at these reports lumping all the LB's together, with no regard to what position they may be playing.

Hasn't Harris been playing WILL, with Perryman and To'oTo'o at MIKE?

Cashman, Hansen and Kirksey are fighting it out for SAM. Correct?

(edit) revised Harris as playing WILL, not SAM.

Shaq as sophomore at Georgia Tech started 12 of 14 at LG and I could see him next to Tunsil with Patterson if healthy at right guard where he switched to as a senior.
