Texans @ Ravens Gameday Thread

How we are down to the Baltimore Refs by only 3 is a shocker. The most blatant no calls

1) Flacco going down for a sack throws it forward for about a foot straight into the ground to absolutely nobody. No intentional grounding, not even a referee discussion

2) Terrance Cody ripping Foster's face mask while he is lieing ontop of the pile for everyone to see. Refs pulling a WWE move and have their backs turned away yelling at every Texans player threatening to flag them because their jerseys are too white

3) Antonio Smith's 2nd personal foul is a result of him getting man handled by a Ravens lineman after the play is over. Smith's excessive acceptance of being pushed around is flagged for a personal foul.

4) Offensive PI flag thrown against the Ravens. Refs huddle up and realize it would negate a Ravens 1st down, they go ahead and pocket it as if nothing ever happened

We did get lucky though that they didn't throw Antonio out for that clean tackle against Rice. They let Rice whine long enough where I was expecting a police escort to show Smith the door.

I agree, but it sucks that we're always blaming the refs every week. Regardless, we're playing too sloppy to win this game.

regardless of playing the black white and purple, missing Dre and Mario we have got to overcome this adversity ad win like we did against Pittifulsurg

Afternoon games suck because I have to check in while at work Monday morning.

Just read the play by play, seeing Mason's name a bit.

Is he making a difference? Is he starting across from Walter?

This is why you ALWAYS take the points on the road and in the first half. Now instead of being down by 3, we're down by a TD.

:vincepalm: Just the little decisions within a ball game that effect the outcome of a win or a loss.

At least we held them to 3. That won't work out for the entire half though. Time for the offense to get serious and put up a TD.

we wouldnt have the td if he didny go for it on 4th down:vincepalm:

And here's another question..

What was up with all the Trindon Holiday talk? Not that it matters in this game, because their kicker is kicking the ball into the stands, but why were we told this guy was going to start and he hasn't even sniffed the field?

Well he's inactive. As for why though, no idea.

I was just wondering the exact same thing. Why waste a roster spot if he ain't gonna play?
