Another big (& pretty tough) game this week. Win & we should stay in barring a series of unlikely events. Each week we seem to be getting the help we need so hopefully we take care of our own business and see what happens
Go Texans!
Are you serious. This isnt a big game. The Monday night game was a big game and we blew it. Just fire Kubiak now and be done with it.
I see your point, it shouldn't have ever come to this point where this is a big game not to mention the other 7-7 teams' games are 'big games' too that affect us. But it is what it is, just felt iffy about putting on the jersey today because last week was embarassing to do so, even with that "win".
They have to dominate today and play all 4 quarters....
I hope the Texans come out fired up for 4 full quarters on offense and defense. We have to win this game to stay alive. No matter which side of the fence you are on you have to set your arguments aside today and cheer for a Texans victory.
To this point the Texans have really done nothing different from previous seasons and are hovering around the .500 mark as usual. What is different this year is the fact that all the teams in the wildcard hunt are hovering around .500 also. So maybe being alive this late in the season in spite of ourselves will ignite something in the coaches and players that will finally get us to turn the elusive corner. Houston. We have a problem. Lets begin solving it today!![]()
The Texans are gonna rule ass today.
D-Brown said he feels good about this game today on his tweet this morning. Hopefully he'll be good enough to contain Joey Porter and Jason Taylor.
Also, maybe Salaam will give the team a "pep" talk about how good we really have it and how we need to come together to get this win today.
Ok, so I'm dreaming but still....I just want to see our guys gut out a victory today!
My biggest concern with him is:
He is well enough to play but is he well enough to play well? Would Butler be better off in there or is Browns experience against Porter more valuable despite not being 100%.
Playoff battle cry?![]()
Bill Cowher is our hero!!! He pick us to win!
rule ass!
Inactives: Quarterback Dan Orlovsky, running back Chris Henry, defensive back Mark Parson, cornerback Fred Bennett, guard Tutan Reyes, tackle Ephraim Salaam and defensive end Tim Jamison.
