Why? They traded away all their top picks for a guy with a pretty high bust potential. Their traditionally not very good drafters and this seems to just be a continuation of that.

2 3rd and a 4th.. not excessive by any means.. i really like harvey and think he'll be good.. the jags are pretty strong. they needed elite guys to push them to the next level.. harvey is that (potentially)
