Sexual Assault Suits Against Watson

Go read any literature about the subject. It's clear that whatever thoughts us men on a football forum have on the subject is delusional and most likely said without any informed background or education on the matter.

Folks want to keep bleating "alleged" about these claims against Watson. Perhaps that same "alleged" perspective should be given to any/all accusations about these women, as well.

It's easy for people to fall into the trap of thinking they know what kind of person a celebrity is because they feel a connection with them. Maybe they star in your favorite movie or show or is the star of your favorite team but we as fans feel a connection with them and in many ways view them as not actually people. The old joke about celebrities don't use the bathroom, no one can picture the hot supermodel sitting on the john doing a number two and no one can picture the famous movie/sports star doing something truly reprehensive. Its so much easier to believe that the random nobody is just out for money, its why guys like Weinstein, Epston and Cosby got away with things for so long because we want to believe that the carefully crafted public persona is the real person.

Maybe Watson is innocent, maybe he is guilty. Doesn't change the fact that if he wasn't who he was then this wouldn't even be a question and nobody would be defending him.

Does the literature and psychologists leave any room for a falsely accused man to be innocent? If not, then you have to ditch the psychology for common sense.

DW4 was playing a game not me. A very sick game and that's whether he's convicted or not. Those suits some of which DW4's admitted to are a pattern of a sick individual.

It must be eating you up that your guy is going to get the hammer laid down on him whether he's proven guilty or not by God'ell. That's only if he's lucky enough not to only get his money taken from him and/or not be incarcerated.

You back the wrong guy and that's the bottom line, guilty or not. It's gotta hurt your feelings.

Clean would be completely exonerated. No one believes any of the allegations. The league doesn’t suspend him.

If she doesn't, it's either a massage that led to sexual assault, or a message that led to consentual sex.
If he gets charged with trafficking, she is guilty of trafficking as well.

Here is a 75 year old billionaire who loved his massages so much, he is out of town and still finds his way on two consecutive days to visit a strip mall massage parlor and get massages by women half his age. He was even able to get the video tapes destroyed because they invaded his privacy.
 
Looks like a few of the women are meeting with the NFL and others are apparently going to be speaking with HPD. Watson has dug a hole. If he doesn't settle and HPD wanted to go criminal...they are about to have some ammo. It's also leverage to avoid jail for Watson. If he settles, from what I can understand. The cases go away. If he doesn't and the HPD investigation leads to wanting criminal charges...he is in real trouble.

Really, I would expect DW4 to atleast get as much as Big Ben got. Most likely more because before all of this DW4 was trying to mess with the way the NFL does business. After demanding to be traded 6 months after signing a 156 mil contract it wouldn't surprise me at all if the NFL did the PI'ing and told Cal/Easterby about it. Then turned the evidence over to Buzbee after he brought the cases. Bottom line is things rarely turn out well when you try to screw over a billionaire.

I don't see how he could emerge "clean" from these allegations. Even if he is exonerated and was simply a guy getting massages who got "excited" during some of these massages, he was okay with the therapists taking the initiative or even encouraging them to give him the Robert Kraft special or running from masseuse to masseuse trying to recreate some porn scenario where the massage leads to more, it's still terrible.

For him to jeopardize his reputation, career and everything he has worked for in such a silly and reckless fashion, you have to question his judgement and character. When you compared his image before these allegations, regardless if he is innocent, he will never regain that pre-allegations reputation. Shoot, hours after Kobe died, some people still criticized fans for mourning a rapist.

Agreed. It's why I think that he's most likely guilty of some of the charges. But you have to look at them individually to determine which ones. And if we're going to believe psychologists that explain away all the women's behavior (which they'll do at trial as you suggested), then we're essentially saying that the dude is always guilty no matter what. I'm not going down that path.

Pervert yes, only difference is none of Kraft’s women ever accused him of sexual assault.

That’s the key part of this, it’s not about whether Watson paid them or not or if he or they ent into it thinking sex would happen. It’s about whether the women wanted anything to happen and if they said no or tried to pull away, that’s what makes this different than Kraft.

If a mod deletes a post , its still visible to the rest of the mods.



Every one of these Social Media entities has backup information that is pretty much infinitely retrievable.
