The only guy that have ever done something in the NFL on that list with a low number is Tyrod Taylor, at 50.
He was a dual QB at VTech, and wasn't asked to throw much.
So he was taken in the sixth (I had wanted him somewhere in the 5th-6th as a project.)
And it took him several years to develop.
