If you mean throwing it 3 yards when they need 19, you're spot on.

The defense seems to be good for one long, killer drive a game, but they have held the Seahawks to 13 so far. The Texans offense isn't exactly lighting it up. When it matters most, they curl up for a sack and then throw an underneath route well short of the sticks - over and over again.
