Really? Is Palmer really an NFL quality CB?
I find this really odd, even if he is targeted with a late round pick.
the Houston Texans are very high on Longhorn cornerback Ryan Palmer.
Even though he is barely taller than 5-foot-8, the Texans love his speed and competitiveness. Of course, it may not mean a thing for the NFL Draft next month.
But if Palmer does get drafted and makes a team, he would continue Longhorn secondary coach Duane Akinas impressive streak. Since Akina arrived in 2001, all eight of his starting cornerbacks have played in the NFL, and seven of them are still active
