I can't believe Chargers passed up on Justice! Trade up NOW!!! Surely our 2 2nd rounders are enough... right?

Serious physical skills. He was hurt for a while and his college insisted on playing seniors when he was younger. He could very well be a good receiver even if he didn't make it as a CB.

I'm still pretty confident we are trading up for a RB if we trade up at all. Schefter said we spent the last two days watching film on D.Williams, Maroney, & Addai.:stirpot:

FrakTheJags: I would have been more disappointed with the drafting of Bush than Mario Williams. I wanted Ferguson, even if we couldn't trade down, but I'm pretty happy with Williams.

Since the days of Wells/Allen ended, I haven't been disappointed with our running game. I've been disgusted with our pass-rushing since we lost the Pocket full o' Poseys. I thought that Peek would mean a resurgence of a pass rush when he was drafted but that's only been a partial success.

I'm fantastically pleased to have a guy who's a natural defensive end who also, at 295 is not situational but an every-down end. Is he a lock? Probably not, but there have been knocks on Reggie Bush too.

I'm not going to worry about who we've already picked. That's in the past.

our guys need to show some ability to adapt. if a guy is falling make a run at him. that was capers main fault. he couldnt think on the run.
 
Good pick by the Chiefs. Everyone had Hali in the Top-half of the 1st at the end of the season but all the workout warriors had people pushing him to the 2nd.

I think it's kinda questionable that Maroney went over Williams...Maybe there's something about Williams that we don't know about...
