At least we tried to go for it on 4th down. Capers would have kicked the FG without considering an alternative.

The difference in this game is that David Carr arrived on the last drive of the first half and the game started a lot earlier than that.

I need to make a point of noting that he wasn't the only one but his play in the first half was a huge problem for our team to overcome and I actually like the guy and want him to succeed.

I think thats why we all have such an issue with his development. We all want him to succeed. And when we dont see what we think he should be doing, we take it personal. Like the guy is trying to sabatoge "my" team.
 
Good pressure and good coverage. Pbuch turned his head this week that is incremental mental improvement. Hit the showers and have a gatorade.

I'd love to see Carr become the best quarterback in the league, but it just seems like he isn't learning much from year to year. Granted, only preseaon, but so far I'm seeing all the same mistakes from last year...and the year before...
 
Sage has the better poise and mechanics. Who is in charge of making the next avatar? Are we still using the pic from the Bengals game where the ball is behind his back?
