Preseason Game 3 Thread: Texans @ Broncos

carr has a cannon for an arm. what a waste of muscle if ur not going to use a WR down the field. need to spread the defense! they pretty much play at the scope of an arena football field.

Carr has always performed well and picked up great stats against prevent defenses. It is when he is most comfortable and you will notice his passes start going from 3 yards to 8 yards downfield.

Does Carrs deliver look "Funky" to any one elase? I don't mean side arem, but his arm is only at shoulder pad level.

I saw it the first game. gpshafer picked up on it last week as well. Just looks funny.

It is hard to tell with the camera coverage, but I have to think that Dre and Moulds are getting open with the pressure that Denver is applying.

Football is like a chess game, you run the ball and throw some short dump passes to the rb's so that they start stacking 8 men in the box and then you play action and throw the deep ball!! Denver has a good secondary so you can't just take chances deep...

OMG, he actually hit a wide receiver.

The longer it goes before I see Morency actually get into this game, the more I think there is something to this rumor.

Then he needs to get comfortable faster - someone needs to 'splain to that kid that you can't wait almost 2 full quarters to "get comfortable."

We have run several play action passes to this point. The only problem is that we haven't established the run!
