Anyone else a little worried about the 2nd half? The Texans need to finish drives with TD's, not FG's.

How? If you catch the ball falling in the end zone you have to maintain possession through the ground all the same.

If you're in possession as a runner and not falling to the ground then you've already established a completed possession.
 
Just an FYI...............looking ahead at the Patriots............Graropollo has left the game with an apparent shoulder injury.
 
Don't like it based on all the turnovers we should be up by 21. D played all world. Offense including O coaches were terrible
 
Didn't we all expect a defensive battle though?

It is a shame, though... there were two TDs Texans should've had, but couldn't capitalize. That's 11 points off the board.
 
Safe to say we have found our front combination. Watt, Merci, Clowney, and Simon are in BULL mode out there.
 
I don't know why we didn't just go 3 wide to one side. Throw a screen with two blockers. We could have gotten 3-5 yards. Then kicked a 52 yarder.

Three steps is "established as a runner" if he crosses the goal line with the third step (what I stated to begin with).
It's chickenshit to basically penalize the defender for knocking it loose while in the field of play.

Those three steps take a back seat if the player is going to the ground while making the catch.

Going to the ground is the part everyone wants to put their fingers in their ears about.
