That is a raw deal from lions to back out at last second, Texans could have had another less favorable deal but except-able deal but now can’t do either. Pretty BS move IMO.

I wonder what jobs obrien and Easterby will get next.

Good chance it's their last nfl jobs considering they've wrecked the place.

Who would want to hire them and risk getting in a power struggle?

He will setup the seach committee and make suggestions to Cal.

Easterby will also setup the seach committee for the next GM, and be above him in the org chart. A not quite as flat organization.

I can't imagine a coach wanting to work for this character coach
