Does he actually hang with them or is it more of a famous people at certain events get grouped together type scenario?
I know he's spoken about meeting with them from a business perspective which I guess is fine even though I think they're morally bankrupt.

This is kinda what I mean. I'd need to see them all together more times to actually get the impression they hang, people can end up in suites together and never speak again.

He is a legitimate villain... He did a lot of damage to the Texans and his motivations were suspect. That being said, most of the 8 billion people on the planet are going to severely screw up a job they are hired to do when they lack the knowledge, experience, skills to do it. (I make similar points regarding our currently political environment- sure, our government is a disaster but the voters are primarily responsible- can't just blame the elected officials).

So you honestly don't think the guy deserved to be **** canned? He was a camp councilor (wasn't even good at that) and reached levels in this organization he wasn't remotely qualified for. I've seen plenty of incompetent people here.. Culley and Casserly just to name a few.. he by far, leaps and bounds, head and shoulders took the cake. Good riddance and we should all just be glad that chapter is closed. Moving onwards and upwards.
He only got kicked up to his position because 1. Cal trusted Easterby and 2. When he fired BOB he decided to move Easterby up to GM. (Although Easterby never ran a draft.)

Still doesn't change anything I said.. He was completely unqualified, in over his head, and deserved to be fired. Cal was a idiot for doing the things you mentioned, but He was also going through a lot during that time.. which I think Easterby himself took advantage of.. luckily for Cal and us, he has a strong and smart woman by his side.
I'm a Christian, not the lovey dovey kumbaya church camp type though. There's those that put on a facade and will use the word to take advantage of others during their darkest hours for their own personal gain.. Easterby always came off as a slithering snake in the grass to me. He was fake as all get out
If Call didn't have to fire BOB then Easterby wouldn't have moved up the food chain. I'm just glad Easterby helped bring Caserio to Kirby and the dark times have passed.

The government is a disaster to about half the nation while the other half of the nation sees things differently. Easterby is no comparison. More than half of us felt Esterby was a bad fit for his job. The hate that the haters of the orange one and MAGA feel is much more visceral than what they felt for Easterby. That said the orange one has more supporters and passionate ones at that. Based on your comment I know where you stand. I would rather not know where people on here stand politically. Trump has caused me to lose family and friends.
