Second time this season Watt gets a sack while being pushed down from behind and gets called for a personal foul. You are a joke Goodell and your joke referees who headhunt for those type of calls and don't watch the entire play they are flagging. If a receiver gets blown up by a LEGAL hit, its a personal foul on the defender because they don't want those hits anymore. If a defender gets pushed down while sacking a QB causing him to hit him below the waist a (legal act), its a personal foul on the defender because of Goodell and his emphasis to not hit QB's
