There was no reason for the block in the back.

That had NO impact on the play! The defender was several yards AND past Jacoby.

And it was on the guy's shoulder!

Crap call, IMO. Pure crap.

It looked worse from the original angle..iffy on the replay. Hit the guy in the shoulder, ticky-tack, but not the end of the world.
