Uncle Rico
Ur apology should be as loud as Ur disrespect was
I'm in agreement with you but was wondering how others felt. I was the guy that wanted to build the OL instead of picking Watson because this is how I thought things would work out.
I thought that O'Brien would realize how bad the line was and create more quick passing plays. Intentional pocket movement. Roll out passing. Anything to acknowledge the detriment. Instead the cocky son of a ***** has Deshaun taking 7 step drops and making it easy for defensive backs to anticipate routes.
I also thought I had witnessed the worst professional offensive line last year. It couldn't possibly get worse.
I was wrong and yet I still see teams making moves for offensive linemen out there and we promote guys from our own practice squad. I mean they couldn't even get a backup position on the worst line in history how will they help? Why aren't the Texans trying to pick up a more competent player from another teams practice squad? Dangle a pick for a swing tackle that another team can live without. ANYBODY out there would be better than what we have.
Inquire, do something. Inactivity is not a good look especially if Watson ends up hurt.
