Luck also had a 76 qb rating last year. Wilson and RG3 were a good deal better than him as rookies. Do I think he will improve? Yes, without a doubt. But he is not a world beater yet.

That's what the numbers were saying as Karim broke thru the middle of the KO coverage untouched for a game deciding TD with HFA on the line.

Who will be the ST's coach next yr? Lets talk about the lack of accountability on the Texans staff. Or how many ST's coaches lost their jobs this offseason that had better ST's than the Texans did? Dave Toub?

A friend of mine told me that Big Foot drove Ed Reed to BWI for his flight to Houston where he was picked up by El Chupacabra and driven to Benihana's where they enjoy a nice meal with Jimmy Hoffa, 2Pac, and Elvis.
 
Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome plans to sit down with Reed's agent, David Dunn, at the NFL Annual Meeting this week and make an offer to keep the future Hall of Fame safety. He believes Reed will make a decision this week.

"Four years ago, we went down this same road with Ray (Lewis)," Newsome told USA Today's Jarrett Bell. "Dave always does a very good job of keeping us in the loop. That doesn't mean Ed will come back, and it doesn't mean that he will leave."

Newsome wouldn't hint at what the offer will be after Reed made $7.2 million last season. He should be a priority with the loss of Lewis, Paul Kruger, Dannell Ellerbe, Bernard Pollard and Cary Williams

So Ed Reed leaves the stadium in a texans shirt, yet no media or anyone was there to capture this ? No statmentsfrom the team ??

Man i need new boots cause the ones i'm wearing are covered in Shi*

Slow? You mean as in mentally handicapped? That's the Texans pace of doing business. 2 playoff berths in Ricks 7 yrs isn't acceptable. Atleast not for those who dont buy the change is to traumatic routine that BoB/Rick/Gary are selling.

I would say with the way the Texans are operating if they are honest with themselves the Kubiak regime has been a failure if your goal is to be a championship contender. Lets face facts, the Texans in spite of their gaudy record were frauds last yr, as proven when they played teams with elite QB's late in the yr.

I dont see it getting any better any time soon with Schaub as the QB. So save the FA $$$$ re-sign Cushing and Watt draft well to fill in the holes and maybe in 3 yrs when Schaub is gone and a new QB has some game experience maybe then Texans and their loyal fans can start dreaming about a Lombardi trophy again.

ASidd_1990 is just trying to be a messenger(which isn't a bad thing) and it is up to us to believe it or not. I would wait till firm conformation from more reliable source.

Schuab's deal isn't a record nor anywhere near it. Barely mentioned in passing on any of the sports outlets. As many here have stated times too numerous to count, it's basically a two year deal. Get over it. This is BIG BOY football.

Arian was paid for what he'd done on his UDFA contract and was told if he could do it again he'd get paid. He played very well again and the Texans kept their word. He's earning his check still and see no reason, barring injury, that he'll not continue to do so.

AJ's a beast. So he hit the escalators and now your pee pee hurts? Yours sounds like a negnelly problem to me.

Oh, the tried and true KJ wasn't NFL ready dead horse. I'd debate that too but dead horses stink and the flies they draw bite. I'm stepping away.

I am more ecstatic day after day that folks that spew these lines, (your 3 little primer points) while having every right to do so, aren't the people in charge of running the team I choose to follow and root for.

Edit: I just saw that there was a UT basketball game at Reliant tonight. So that checks out, but I still think your friend is messing with you. Does he sometimes go by the name Bulls on Parade?

I'm not venturing into the veracity of this report but do you honestly believe there is ever a time when there aren't people at Reliant? I'd be surprised if the minimum isn't 8-10 security guards.

Glad somebody recognized. This was a big issue during the Dwight Howard saga last summer. He had "sources" and started posting completely baseless rumors.
