Sounds to me like Weaver is echoing his head coach in that he wants a team first mentality and is doing that by describing his defense to be modeled after the Houston spirit where each individual helps the other.
At this point, Weaver is also just being coy with the media so that OC's cannot get an early jump on game planning vs him.
