2015 NFL Draft

Really wanted Lockett for his versatility. I hope we didn't fall asleep and get duped again. Nothing against Jaelen Strong, just my personal preference.

Did he piss in your coffee or something? The guy didn't work out that's for sure, but I don't remember him doing anything to deserve that sort of comment.

He was trash and everyone here was on his nuts for years and he didn't pan out. I was sick of hearing about him every single year and I don't particularly care how anyone takes my comments about him. People here, as usual, made me hate him. I'm glad he's gone. He's a bum.

Not sure if Posey was the same player after his Achilles. Hope he gets a shot with the Jets

Strong is a first round talent. Hope he can learn to be a good route runner

gave up Posey to make this move
guess O'Brien finally found a use for him

Bout damn time he became useful.

Yeah, this feels like a "New England" draft where we aren't sitting around picking the best of the rest, but picking when we want to get the players we want.

That's what it feels like. As long as we don't give up future picks I'm fine with it. Find who you want and go get em.

OK then. Take a xanax.

1) Kevin Johnson - CB
2) Benardrick McKinney - LB
3) Jaelen Strong - WR

Lost Posey (who cares) but still have...

5 (175)
6 (211)
6 (216)
7 (235)

Man, that's more than 100 picks between Strong and our next pick. I'm glad to get Strong (not as sure about McKinney), but to have no one in the 4th or (for all practical purposes) the 5th is a little painful.

Maybe we get lucky with some of those compensatories, but our draft is essentially over now.

Wait...our doctors cleared him?

Damn, he's probably gonna need 3 wrist surgeries now.

:spit:

See, now you ain't right.

is all over this'

What did I say that was so outlandish? Or are you just on my nuts because that's the thing that assholes like you and steelbtexan do?

I posted that before I realized we swapped thirds along with other considerations.

What is your fascination with nuts?

Great pick by the Giants. Osiggy will be great in that system. Would of rather had him than McKinney or Strong.

Grayson could be really dangerous sitting behind Brees a few years and then playing in Payton's system.

At this point, I'm not even sure who to be watching as a potential Texans pick. With 90+ picks to go, I have very little idea of who is even likely to be available. Kind of puts a damper on my draft watching!

I'm curious to see if anyone takes the risk with La'el Collins. I'm betting some team will take a chance in the 6th or so...

There's lots of good players left on the board, but not having a 4th or 5th round pick is going to hurt a little. Looks like the Texans went with quality over quantity this year. It's impossible to know who will be available with our 5th comp. pick but I'd guess they go O-line.

I know I shouldn't get my hopes up for Clemmings because of the huge gap till our next pick at the end of the 5th. But I didn't think we'd get Strong either. Pretty sure the Texans were looking at Lockett and Strong and were going to make a move once one of them was taken
