Jags @ Titans Game Thread

Peterson didn't even really hit him. He just fell on him to make sure he was down considering nobody knocked him down, he went down on his own.

Am I missing something? When a QB slides are they down no matter what??
 
please get Vince some help so he can develop even more........we've seen today that as much as people talk about VY being overrated that his running game that "saves him" is just as much if not more overrated.......

JMO but today we saw what happens when his defense and run game don't bail him out. What I saw today was typical of a "VY performance"--lot's of inaccurate throws, lots of bad decisions that outweigh the consequence of a handful of good plays.

No doubt the Titans D and run-game wasn't that much either, but I thought was so famous because he "inspired" and "lead" his teammates and carried them on his shoulders.

But hey, here's a key JAX fumble and a chance for him to make up for it!

I agree and that's what I have been saying. This is a typical VY performance. Really, it is one of his best for the year, considering it is only the 3rd football game he has thrown a TD in. Plus, he threw only 1 INT.
 
Lol @ Rich Gannon. "You ahve got to make that throw when they are that open". Then he says "I'm convinced he was not even throwing to that guy" after VY throws a TD that is called back.

Rich is not exactly impressed.
 
Young is far and away the statistically worst starting QB in the NFL in most categories.

I know quantifying his performance with measurable information isn't relevant because he always makes plays when it counts, but just thought I'd offer that.
 
IMO the Jags are better than the Titans. Gray out played VY today, that's a fact.

Hatred? The guy has 4 TDs and 10 INTS. Sounds like your just riding the guys manpiece to me. The guy hasn't played well, its obvious. To say otherwise is obvious ****-riding.

It's not a hatred for VY himself, Dream.

It's a hatred of his fans. You've been around here long enough to know that.

Yeah, cause all the NFL teams looked like they did in Week 1. I mean using that logic the Texans should be considered great.

I don't hate VY, I hate the fact that I have to hear about him on a near daily basis, and those I hear about him from act like asses about it.

Oh you mean the first game of the season where the Titan's horrible rushing game as you say rushed for almost 300 yards and your Boy VY threw for 78 yards and an interception and a fumble.

Sounds to me like JAX played VY the first game and barely lost 10-13. Looks like they came back this week with the "play normal defense, don't worry about VY" attitude and handed it to them today.
