Congrats to A&M.

Texas didnt deserve to win that game.

I would rather lose to A&M than OU but I'm still not happy that a Texas school wont be representin in the Big 12 Championsip.

But there was no justifacation for what heard did when he did it. Colt's arm/neck was clearly shot form the hit the previous week. The game was in the bag. You've already ripped the heart out of the Longhorn's season. The only reason to tarnish this great victory for the Aggs, was stupidity. So now, when fran goes recruiting...the last image the recurits will have of that game is Heards stupity and hate. Typical Aggs. One commentator said one game suspension. My team, I show the guy the door. Let him live life in division II for a while. Anthing that stupid I want on soneone else's team.

I don't think Heard's hit will keep players from coming to A&M. And for me, it didn't tarnish the victory.
 
Mack is good for 7 points for the opponent.

Last year he was lucky enough to have a QB that was athletic enough to compensate for it.

Hope horns are happy with holiday bowls cause until Mack can recriut another VY thats all you'll be seeing for awhile
 
I don't think it matters now since OU will be playing in the Big 12 championship while UT watches at home.

I was shocked about the lack of respect we gave A&M on the option.

Michael Griffin was the only player doing his job on the option the entire game.

My high school team was an option team so I had to practice against it every day so I know what the responsibilities are supposed to be (maybe Chizik does it differently).

The strong safety has to take out the running back (Michael did this every time), Goodson's TD came on a play where A&M ran option to the weak side & Marcus Griffin went after the QB.

The OLB has to get to the QB to either tackle him or force a pitch but Texas' OLBs were getting blocked by TEs.

Since nobody was attacking McGee at the line he was getting to the second level on every single play. I still cannot believe that Texas didnt make some sort of adjustments at halftime to stop or slow down the option.
 
I thought the texas team played flatter than they have all season, while the aggies showed alot of heart and played hard.

The game was won and lost in the trenches, and that usually deals with heart.

This is not typical of the Ags - we are not known for players like Heard - he is the exception. I hope he is shown the door, too as he is an embarrassment to the team and the school.
