It's all good if he has to, but once Cj gets used to these NFL defenses he shouldn't have to.

I like the balanced approach he took the last two offseason.

Tired of those "load the offense" or "load the defense" offseason we did back in the day trying to overcompensate for bad coaching. Demeco needs horses too. & good enough ain't never good enough.

skeptics or not... its a fcked up situation.
we should be praying for those who lost their homes just as the nation has prayed for Houstonians in the wake of damaging storms-- I dont care how much money they have... its bad.
I dont ever wish people-- money above or below me to be without a home. Be Houston to our fellow Americans if you're able to... ideals, politics, money aside... the people in CA need help right now.

Agreed. DeMeco wants and needs an elite DL to make his defense work. By golly he’s gonna get it!

This week.

Howard name called some but not the rest of oline.

Patterson/Scruggs/ Fisher looked pretty darn good vs Chargers defensive 7. Much better than I dared hope for.

I do not remember any significant injuries?

Cade Stover looked good.

I believe that this year was a 50/50 crapshoot of either a carry over of last years success or the dreaded sophomore slump. I think that next year, this second half team will be our more consistent norm and if that’s the case…holy cow what a ride the next number years will be!

Next week will tell if we’ve kicked this last season to the curb and show up and play like we know they are capable of.

Man, a Tre Harris, Donovan Jackson, Harold Fannin, Kyle Munungai draft would be awesome. Draft a CB in the 4th/5th to develop and this team is going to be really good next year. With this defense this yr they can beat anybody. CJ just has to play like he did in the 2nd half. Good news is the Chargers defense isn't a bunch of slouches.

This has been the real issues all season long. Today made me think he's in the process of overcoming what you're talking about.
 
Defense CAN shut LJ & JH & DH & the Ravens down next week... just keep playing D like its an offensive move-- ONLY way the Texans win. CJ7 its time to elevate and take *that* play/attitude into the next game.... for real dude.

Know a lot of yall put them out as a year out-- I have them going to the AFCCG and/or NFLCG this year-- and with all the losses, it just seems right for this club to make a fvcking statement.

edit: also howTF RyanFitzpatrickmagic hasn't been a staple as a talking piece all season... dude is PRIMEd for it....!

I am not again drafting Fannin but would sure prefer to get him in round three.
