Fatukasi has suffered an ankle injury..........no doubt a compensatory injury.Fatukasi had problems with his other injuries before coming down with a foot problem. Wouldn't expect to much when he is on the field.

The Chiefs are not the only ones manipulating their injury report. Mixon re-injured his right high ankle injury in another drop tackle play this past game. He shouldn't have been returned to play in that game. If he tries to play this week, his performance is unlikely to help the Texans, and re-injury is likely to knock him out of significant playoff contention.with that in mind MIxon should not play imo

How long does it take to comeback from a calf tear? He was out for like 3 months.Christian Harris' time off the injury report was short-lived.............he is now listed as QUESTIONABLE with an ankle injury, no doubt compensatory to his long-standing calf tear injury.
Harris was brought back way too soon from his initial Grade I calf tear. He then extended the injury to high Grade II. A re-tear will always result in a more extended rehab than if it were the original injury. IF this re-tear is managed appropriately, there is still a significant risk of re-injury and very prolonged recovery..........weeks to many months. How long does it take to comeback from a calf tear? It was a re-injury/extension that has made his recovery much longer and more unpredictable. And as I posted previously, I strongly suspect there has been an Achilles (tendonitis) component to his injury similar to Christian McCaffrey. He sat out 3 months
Should he have sat out all season?
I believe they had to activate him or he would have been lost for the season. He sat out 3 months

If there was no arterial or nerve damage, continued hospitalization would not necessarily be required. Any surgery would need to then be delayed until acute swelling is decreased. He will definitely be thoroughly evaluated in Houston. If it was a dislocation, would you expect him to be discharged Monday? Also, would the team prefer him to have surgery if required with their surgeon in Houston?
Watching Dell's injury play in slow motion, there is no doubt for me that he suffered a knee dislocation..............a multi ligament injury that definitely involves the MCL and possibly ACL and PCL. A plateau fracture is quite possible. With such an injury, you always worry about arterial and/or nerve damage. Dell is looking a long rehab after surgery(ies). Prayers that he can heal functionally. His football future ultimately has to be in question.
Hope that further testing and imaging proves my evaluation inaccurate.
Watching the play of injury, it still looks like a knee dislocation. With a knee cap dislocation and ACL already admitted to, a PCL and an MCL is also typically commonly damaged. No doubt, he will have suffered meniscus and articular cartilage damage. Returning to football will be on the unlikely side............returning to previous performance, beyond a miracle.
