Watson cant play football

As much as I dislike Watson as a player and a person, I still don't condone Browns fans cheering any player's injuries.
Respect is a 2 way street and Watson shows no respect to the people who support his wage (the fans) or to the people he interacts with in public. He therefore deserves no respect himself.

Browns fans showed him the ultimate respect in believing in him despite the horrendous allegations he paid to quieten, the fact that he doesn’t respect the game or his $200 million contract enough to put the effort into playing the game with effort is deserving of their scorn.

You can’t weigh the physical pain of an Achilles against the emotional pain inflicted by multiple rapes, but I bet he gets dealt with more dignity at the hospital he goes to than the people he raped have been through the judicial process.

I was at the stadium that day pick6 Schaub got hurt & was taken out of the game. The crowd cheered... I did too. But I wasn't cheering that Schaub got hurt. I was cheering, & I feel the crowd was cheering, because we were finally getting the Qb change we needed for weeks.

So I don't think these are classless fans, I think it's a classless organization that failed their fans & had every intention of sticking it to them with a lame duck ineffective QB.

I believe that there were as many Browns fans cheering he got injured as those that were happy to finally have a QB change. The Schaub situation was much different. People never hated Schaub for who he was.

I'm not sure that would make any difference to the cap hits. Maybe Haslams will save half.

As I understand it, the player insurance policy can pay out to the ownership, but will not give any cap relief.............strictly a financial transaction.

That is my understanding also but the link I posted above suggests otherwise. Not that they know anymore than we do and the author of that article said so.
I am not going to read up in the CBA on the injury section as I just don't like Watson and it's not worth my time.
