Texans started a run on the tier two tackles. I had Fisher in the 3rd but he has starting potential. Worst case, he should be a valuable asset as a swing backup. I don’t know enough about Howard’s health to dispute the choice. While I would have gone safety, I trust DeMeco and NIck.
