17-0 at the half, adjustments always key, Texans looking good on both sides of the ball, especially good to see the OL looks more settled this week, Stroud can work behind it even if there still isn’t major running lanes opening, and the D looks better organised today, Griffin and Nelson at CB stood up well. Lots to be happy about from that first half.
We’ll see what kind of coach DeMeco is now, i definitely don’t like the turtle we’ve been subject to by past coaches, let’s keep the pressure on and not give opportunity for it to get nervous.

I am loving the routes the receivers are running. Well designed concepts getting guys open and Stroud is doing a great job reading the defense and delivering accurate footballs.

No sacks in the first half. That’s the thing that stands out most to me. Keep CJ clean, and run just well enough to keep ‘em guessing, and we can get out of here with a win. I do think Jax is going to make a real run, and it won’t be easy. Keeping my fingers crossed that we can hold on and give coach his first W.

It’s going to be imperative for the Texans defense to come out in the 2nd half and stop the Jags offense…..just prevent them from gaining any confidence or momentum.

Very happy with how we’re playing. I’d love to see:
1) clean up on the penalties. We’re making ourselves work harder than we need to
2) love to get some sacks on Lawrence
3) wishful thinking maybe, but closing up those running lanes.

Slowick has to be prepared to quick slant their arses into pulling out of the blitz plan. Between Nico, Dell, Brown, and Metchie…..the tools are there for the quick slants to pay off.
