Week 13: The Brown stains smear the Texans

Chicago remaining games - (very good chance of not winning any of them)
Packers
Eagles
Bills
Lions
Vikings
Very good chance? The Bears have a .250 winning %. If you multiply .250 by 5, that would be 1.25 projected wins. Two of the 5 teams have losing records, while 4 of the 5 games will be played in Chicago. I would suggest there is a better chance of the Bears winning a game than losing out.

Denver remaining games - (I see maybe two wins there)
Chiefs x 2
Ravens
Cardinals
Rams
Chargers

Lions
Vikings

Rams remaining games - (Perhaps a couple of wins there)
Seahawks x 2
Raiders
Packers
Broncos
Chargers

IMO the Bears are the only team that has the best chance of losing out.

I don’t know. Denver is pretty bad.

But if they win Sunday and then win another game like vs. the Jags or Indy (either of which is more likely than a victory over the Browns on Sunday), they would then likely lose the #1 overall.
Don't worry, be happy! Texans are more likely to lose out than win 2. And the other 3 win teams all likely to win at least 1

They have 3 division games, two of them at home. They have a good chance to win 1 at least... Cardinals pretty bad too and they took the Chargers to OT in LA

Please stop confusing a knuckle dragger with your fancy math! 😂 The Bears are not winning out. The starting QB is garbage and he is hurt. The back up is worse garbage!

But so are the Rams and the Cardinals

Everyone needs to listen to this press conference..................I almost threw up listening him talking about his love Houston, respect for the whole Houston Texans organization, the McNair family, etc., etc. I must say that the pencil in his hat makes him come across very scholarly!........

As Speedy said, DW4 might try too hard to embarrass the Texans organization. If that Happens, the wheels MIGHT fall off for the Browns. If he stays contained in how he plays and hands off to Chubb and Hunt most of the time, it will very likely be along afternoon!
What have y'all been watching?

Our opponents have been hosting clinics when they play us. Soon, they're going to start charging.

If Trevor Semian wants to show out in H-Town, Trevor Semian is going to show out in H-Town.

I feel dumber after listening to that.

Okay... so.... IF I win a 2 billion dollar lotto and the Texans share in my miraculous luck and they win against the Browns

Since the Browns themselves have down played the rust.... does that mean they will not make excuses and declare us the better team?

There by admitting they purchased our garbage at a premium?

I mean I don't see the Texans winning unfortunately... but.... if you declare there is no rust on your shiney new toy you may just look stupid if not the case.

So apparently Watson has love for the city and team. Just saw this article. Likely it is so he isn't booed as bad lol

If Watson can convince himself that he is innocent of all sexual charges it would not be hard to convince himself that the majority of fans in Houston still love him.

Most people don’t/won’t care as long as they win. & they’re going to win Sunday & look good doing it

Going to be yet another ass kicking, this time at the hands of DW4. This might be Lovie's last game if that happens. I think Cal is tired of the **** show just like we are. How to fix it? Doubt he has the handle on that yet...and may never...but he isn't blind either.
Doubt it. Let Lovie finish the season and secure that top pick. Then, either take your QB or trade back for multiple picks.
Lovie isn’t getting fired for this next game.

Doesn’t matter. Watson’s next two games those defenses will put hits on him. Hell, even this game. But Lovie is going to coach scared.
Imagine he was still a Texans... & remember his ability to play this game was not the reason we hate him now.

I say we... but you weren't here until after we started hating him, so I really don't know where you're coming from. Watson can play. That's why Nick got 3 first round picks (in consecutive years) for him. So if you're hoping to see him not play well... you're probably going to be disappointed.

I was here before he got here. Look at my registration date and my posts, your snark is old and tired.
Being able to play and being able to be successful as a QB are two different things. Use your legs too much to run leads to a shorter career. I guess you don’t remember all of the unnecessary hits he took here, won’t fly in the AFC North.

Still making up stuff huh as if he was running like Lamar. Wilson ran alot more than Watson and he's in year 12. You're still playing this ridiculous can't read defense angle, yet look at his td:int ratio. I understand, but let it go.

Deshaun Watson’s return with Browns a black-eye day for NFL

Go ahead and cheer Deshaun Watson if you are so inclined when he makes his anything-but-triumphant return on Sunday — in Houston of all places — as the quarterback of the Browns, armed with the largest fully guaranteed money deal in the NFL.

But feel free to go ahead and boo Deshaun Watson if you believe he is lying about his reprehensible behavior with the small army of massage therapists he solicited when he was Texans franchise quarterback.
Go ahead and cheer if you feel he has done the time for all of his alleged sexual misconduct indiscretions and gets the second chance that virtually every troubled superstar in every sport ultimately gets.

But feel free to go ahead and boo Deshaun Watson if your moral compass and conscience are more important to you than football, or winning.

Go ahead and cheer if you are a Browns fans forever desperate for your first Super Bowl appearance and care more that you may have finally landed your franchise quarterback than you do about anything else.

But feel free to go ahead and boo no matter what your favorite team is over a win-at-any-cost franchise rewarding Deshaun Watson with an outrageous fully guaranteed $230 million contract.

Go ahead and cheer if you are OK that Deshaun Watson has shown no contrition and maintains his innocence and was not criminally charged by two Texas grand juries.

But feel free to go ahead and boo if you cannot forgive him for the trauma and emotional scars he has left on his small army of massage accusers.

Welcome to the first day of the rest of Deshaun Watson’s life.
THE REST OF THE STORY

I think even Mills could hand it off to Chubb and Hunt pretty well all game.

One thing that might favor the Texans is Watson trying to do too much to stick it to Houston, in Houston.

And if Texans fans weren't in such an apathetic state towards the Texans, having the stands full of fans booing his every move, signage, and waving little towels might have had an effect. Maybe they do have a larger crowd just to show what they think of him, but I think just as many will be there who support him and/or the Browns in general.
His ego will likely overshadow good common sense.

Funny how you left out his statistics when throwing under pressure…..

So I guess Mahomas and Allen will have short careers because they run the ball too much.

Mahomes and Allen don’t run out of the pocket in practice (with no pressure) because they get too antsy. He no longer has O’Brien to try and keep him in the pocket. And before you say O’Brien had nothing to do with that, go back and rewatch how many times Watson was getting hit for not sliding or not throwing the ball away while running. Sounds good?
