What do the texans do with pick 13 ? Do they go after a reciever or edge rusher or do they trade uo or down ?

Pick 13 is wide open.
I'm thinking they pick at #3 and take Ickey.
So I think they would like to go with a Dlineman with #13 if they don't trade back.
But if their guy is not there and the WR or CB they wanted is, they could go that way.
I have seen the suggestion they could trade up from 13, but personally, I don't see it.

Personally I would like to trade down a couple of spots - simply because I don‘t really have a preference after Hutchinson. I‘d be fine with Neal, Gardner, Walker, Ekwonu or Thibodeaux.

I don‘t know why, but I am kinda leaning Gardner here - I would really like to have a real stud CB again (and some might argue for the first time). But really, any of those guys would do it for me.
 
What I want is a trade down. I think the Texans want that too. Unfortunately, I don't think the Texans will find a trade partner for #3, so I think they will go with Ikem Ekwonu.

I think depending how far it is would be an additional 2nd and maybe a 3rd next year.

I’ve heard rumors that the Texans might trade up. Take OL @3 and then try to trade up for Stingley or Sauce. It could be a smokescreen though.
 
As long as we don't trade our #3 pick I'm pretty confidant that we draft an Olineman, and the only thing then that would surprise me is if we drafted Charles Cross instead of Evan Neal of Ickey.
Most of the guys I pay the most attention to on the Board re the Draft seem to favor Neal so I chose him over Ickey but wouldn't be surprised if the NC State was the choice, and I'll be happy with either one because either should provide a lot of help on a position group where we need it.
 
With the news on Neal & him potentially sliding, Im a actually starting to believe that we may go Stingley at 3…then take our chances with 1 of Neal sliding to us or Cross at 10-13 with a slight trade up.
