The team in general is too often "bump" tackling rather than wrap tackling.

Conley, Hargreaves and Roby simply aren't good tacklers. JJo don't want to hit anyone anymore, and Reid's shoulder is hanging by a thread. Gipson is also more of a cover safety than a tackler.
