I was sitting there saying to decline the damn penalty and put the Chiefs at a 4th and 2 or 3 in FG range. I was happy with them getting a 3 pt kick assuming the kicker was going to make it. I didn't trust the sloppy Texans defense even on 3rd and long against Mahomes.

Another OB **** up if you ask me. Or can you not decline that penalty that was on 3rd down previously?

Texans are not well coached. They dont know if offside the play continues. If you are offside don't stop. I think refs were thinking they were helping by calling last holding call but it backfired. They know that first penalty was pass interference but they did not want to set a precedence and open that can of worms.
