This game almost reminded me of 2005(?) where we and the 49'ers were seeing who could try harder to lose for the first pick. We shanked the kicked then, this time the Colts made the game loser.

This is a sentiment I don‘t understand. We just won our first game since November, almost a year. Both Watt and Clowney showed up. Watson is looking more and more like rookie sensation. Keke Coutee is legit. Our pass blocking was improved.

Yeah, this game had a lot of bad stuff - a lot of stuff to be angry about and a lot of bad play calls or overall coaching. Our secondary looks almost worse than last years, despite actually good safety play.

But god damn, I take the win - and I am really excited about all the good things i posted...

Well, as far as coaches go, their dumbasses appear to be dumber than our dumbasses. It takes a lot of dumbassery to out dumbass the Texans, and the Dolts did a magnificent job of it.

Well there are 2 good things to take from this win. The first being I'm always right ... see page 2 about highlighting Coutee. Second being my Madden team might actually get a new Texans player this week.

The Texans still had to make a play. A tie was worthless to either team. Hell, a win may only matter in draft order. Someone once said, you play to win the game. No one ever said you play not to lose the game.
