And after they are coached up lets keep them.
Not even steelb can argue with that.

Hell, it'd been nice to get a reach around....Boy, talking about the ultimate complimentary reach around!!!
A 1% increase for every win...NICE!For an extra 4% they will provide a small amount of lube. But not enough to ease the pain.
Well, it’s that time again, and my field level end zone seats increased $40 each for the season.
"Year after year, we are grateful to the Houston Texans fans for the spirit they bring to each and every home game [Translation: "We are actually grateful to the Houston Texans fans for the money they bring to each and every home game."], playing a major role in creating a gameday experience at NRG Stadium [Translation: "Sorry, but we don't consider 'winning" as playing a major role in creating the gameday experience at NRG Stadium."]that is considered one of the best in the league," said John Schriever, Texans senior vice president of ticketing and event management. "This year's pricing structure will help us continue to deliver the exciting fan experience that has consistently been praised over the franchise's 16-season tenure."

All I can do is laugh right now. Y'all think Thorny is awake yet I may finally need some weed to make sense of what's going on.
I have had season tickets since 09. Seems like all but the season following 2-14.So, how many times have the texans raised ticket prices?
For some reason I can't find this information. I've googled it over and over. Trying to find out how many years they've raised prices.I have had season tickets since 09. Seems like all but the season following 2-14.

With price increases throughout the Texans history whether fielding a decent team or more commonly a subpar team, you would think that after producing a 2-14 record with an awful product like that, a price drop would have been more appropriate, and at least a price freeze for 2018.I have had season tickets since 09. Quit being ridiculous. It's all but after the two 2-14 seasons.
Quit being ridiculous.
And if they have a record like the Patriots you're all good with a 1000% increase?

I believe it was frozen for charter PSL holders for the first 2 seasons. Increases began after that.
Effectively, this gives you an idea where the line is drawn at increases, as the Texans raised prices after every season except 2013, 2010 and 2005. And no, it wasn't only after 2-14 seasons.

I started with season tickets the first playoff year and my seats were $55, give or take. They are $83.50 now.And those increases really add up. My $35 tickets in 2002 are now $82.50, a 136% increase.
I just received an email that single tickets are about to go on sale. There is a seat a row in front of mine for the Cowboys game selling for a whopping $650. I’m thinking about selling mine and paying off my mortgage.
