That is what the Dallas Cowboys did and then they had a bad season last year, then drafted Ezekiel Elliot in the first round and Dak Prescott in the fourth round in the last draft. And everything fell into place. They may go 15-1 this season!

Oh you can embrace the concept of team when it comes to someone else's qb but not when it comes to Oz...

Offensively there's no creativity whatsoever...no imposing of will...and b/c the online is trash, there's no time to really do anything but what we are doing...run and short passing.

He can audible out of those plays if he wants to and you know that.. and the only reason why those plays coming in are so conservative are because there's a obvious trust issue and Osweiler sucks so Bill doesn't trust him.. He sucks, I know it, Bill knows is, hell America knows it. Bill's playcalling was fine with Tom Brady.. Tom was M.F.I.C. what has changed? Brock is a horrible QB.

How good of a head coach is Bill O'Brien? If he were available would another NFL team be after him, or would a college team be after him for his next head coaching job? He can coach the Houston Cougars. LOL. He did okay at Penn State without having many scholarships to offer due to their penalties.
 
Lamar Miller has 8 carries for 10 games yards?

Going to watch some of the second half but looking at the stats both sides look meh....

Dude Oz FLAT OUT SUCKS. Really with it. He deserves all the criticism he gets. Yeah there are other problems bit it all starts with this POS. He doesn't create mismatches with his audibles, he doesnt throw accurate passes. He doesnt recognize the blitz to often and he never recognises where the first down is. Literally the only thing he does well is interview.

Screw him and his pretty mouth. He can talk into a headset on the sideline where he belongs.

How many rushing yards total for the team? We need 100 or more for the free 6 McChicken Nuggets at McDonald's tomorrow. Win or lose we get it as long as they rush for at least 100 yards.

The free Monster Taco at Taco Bell (2 TDs) looks bleak right now.

How many times do u guys have to see our qbs fail before you understand that the person playing the position can't be successful unless multiple things around them are at least average? Despite all the qb worshipping that the talking heads do, The team makes the person playing the position succeed not the other way around.

Yes the Packers offense has struggled but Rodgers has had a solid season. Please feel free to explain why you think Rodgers hasn't done his job. He had some early season issues but has been playing pretty damn good lately. He's clearly not their problem.

Yes but we were comparing Rodgers good #s to Brock's horrible #s.
 
The main thing BoB needs to do is just turn Oz loose and let him sink or swim...spread it out....let him sling it around for better or worse....

BoB is trying to control the ball too much with forcing the run and the short passing game..let him ad lib and just react and make plays.

Impose your will on the defense and make them adjust to you instead of trying to react to what they're doing.
 
Get ready for a couple of runs to the outside... lots of yards... then we're back to running it up the gut :)
