I really, REALLY don't want to win this division @ 7-9 and have my ticket prices raised due to "winning the division", despite our EPIC collapses. The thought makes me want to hurl.
All you need to know about him is that he is exactly like the other 31 NFL owners?Does he up ticket prices after this season?
I agree. The thread topic sucks not just the title.Well, I don't know if the prices are going up, but one thing I do know, is the thread title sucks balls.
Bob McNair hears you and he wants to make it right. In order to offset any pain caused by ticket price increases he has decreed a price reduction on all Brian Hoyer jerseys. Are we good? Good.Does he up ticket prices after this season?
it wont go up if the American Economy Crashes Again which I kinda sense it looming ..????? but that's a Off topic kinda thing
They went up after & during the last crash.
Well this next one will deff Crush the middle class only people going to the games now will prob be super rich people
Prices go up regardless right? I don't know why they didn't last year, but ticket prices will be going up in the future.
Choirboys of the world UNITE. We're tired of being insulted by the dregs of society.I thought it said movie.
A mockumentary titled "Winning in the NFL." How nepotism, loyalty, and choir boys contributed to 3 AFC South titles.
Gun to your head: week 1 starting QB, Hoyer or Manziel (I say pull the freakin trigger)
I wasn't missing neg rep until now.
Manziel. Handcuff him to Cush and he might turn into something...or not make it to week 1.

Did the Texans raise ticket prices before Kubiak?
Neither.Gun to your head: week 1 starting QB, Hoyer or Manziel (I say pull the freakin trigger)
It has been EVERY time I have ever checked.Texans have sold out every home game it has ever played! That's why ticket prices will go up (not winning the division).
There's this basic economic principle called "supply & demand". And the last I checked, the NFL is a business.
All you need to know about McNair is that he's made a billion $$$$ off of the GREAT FANS of the HOUSTON TEXANS and was OK with Brian Hoyer as his tarting QB. His team scores 0 points in the playoff game (A pathetic performance.) and he raises season ticket prices 6% or about $5 per ticket.
It's enough to make you wish McNair's medicore team hadn't made the playoffs.
Yep, we all know what McNair is all about.
So do you want McNair meddling or not? Get your whining straight. Here you are basically calling him out for not overriding his HC on QB selection IN THE PLAYOFFS. A HC you seem determined to defend despite having picked that same QB to begin with. Was OB just caring about money too trying to ride Hoyer for a year?
Maybe some of us learned cynicism from you.
I want OB, no, the Texans to succeed. I'm just not seeing the OB part so far. I see the RAC part, same as seeing the Wade part.
Just not seeing the OB part.

I'm not defending BOB. His choice of Hoyer was a terrible one for sure and the season played out like I thought it would with Hoyer at QB. 7-9,9-7.
With that said I dont believe that posters are giving BOB the benefit of the doubt that they gave Kubiak. After all, remember after 2 seasons all of the Kubiak's a young HC that's learning on the job posts.
Do you think it's possible that BOB might be learning on the job too? Exhibit A Brian Hoyer as a starting NFL QB. I think some people on this MB dont like BOB personally and are rooting for him to fail so they can say I told you so. At the very least they aren't giving BOB the same fair shake that they gave Kubiak.
