We've only had 3 winning seasons prior to OB arriving. He's added 2 more in 2 years.
I'm not ready to give up on OB yet.
im on the keep bandwagon we went 9-7 and Div title
This chick is pretty good lets not dump her cus IDK if we can get another chick that can ...... Go to the same level has the one we have now ....... ????
Um, mods? I think there's something wrong with this poll? I'm not seeing the "Pick up Brian Hoyer by his ankles and beat Bill O'Brien and Rick Smith to death with him" option.
No idea why that isn't showing up. Must be a technical issue. Please look into this.

Allowing a DE and DT to showcase a run game on the goalling in the most important game of you pro career thus far was humiliating.
OB's handling of the QB situation in this town - especially bringing in Hoyer and dropping Fitz - is inexcusable; yet, he has managed some things with this team that is borderline miraculous.
I thought it at least showed some imagination.Allowing a DE and DT to showcase a run game on the goalling in the most important game of you pro career thus far was humiliating.
I think OB tanked the playoffs like Kubes tanked his last season here (but didn't last long enough to enjoy the good draft position.) The only conclusion I can draw is that OB tanked the playoffs knowing he couldn't advance far anyway, when he deliberately left in a QB performing worse than I would when he had one on the bench who had won a game for him. I think he did it to save a few draft positions. Let's hope he doesn't stay around long enough to enjoy it.I got off the OB train at the station last night but I'm not quite ready to derail the sucker just yet.
If he can put his pride and ego aside and address the QB situation like every other team does then I am willing to see what more he has to offer. However, if keeps up these shenanigans of just throwing any guy out there because the system will make it work for him then he needs to pack his bags and get out. If he thinks we can go into next season with Hoyer as our starting QB then he needs to be fired on the spot and forced to watch yesterday's game on an endless loop for the rest of eternity.
I can abide failure. I can't abide arrogant failure.
Thats some tin foil hat stuff right there..I think OB tanked the playoffs like Kubes tanked his last season here (but didn't last long enough to enjoy the good draft position.) Incredible as it seems, his faux pas was too glaring to think otherwise. He left Hoyer is long enough to ensure the loss, then continued to leave him in so Weeden wouldn't expose the error in the time that was left.
Everybody thinks that theres always a vince lombardi waiting in the wings to take over when you fire the coach. We've only had 3 winning seasons prior to OB arriving. He's added 2 more in 2 years.

A DE with a groin injury carrying the ball.
But it's not just the QB situation. It's been the LG situation, the TE situation, the WR situation, & the RB situation.
XSF should have been our LG going into camp, ever since they decided to move Ben Jones to Center & get rid of Chris Myers. But no. He's playing around with guys who've never played the position before. After the bye he wises up & I'm imagining someone told him to put X at LG, put McKinney at ILB, stop playing Covington & Pagan so much.
Garrett Graham. The only TE who can block & catch is a healthy scratch all year??
Why is Nate Washington & Cecil Shorts starting? They've proven they can't get open & they can't catch. Every time we see Strong & Mumph... they look better.
Same with RB. Grimes & Akeem hunt have earned a lot more playing time.
Rick Smith has given OB options. He seems to be choosing the wrong one at every turn.

Rick Smith has given BOB below avg talent on the offensive side of the ball and the team is lacking in speed in general.
That's been the case for how many years? 11 now?
If you gotta do this thing with Watt at the goal line you get him outside a little where his raw power is matched against fewer people with less power. You don't run him off tackle where it's crowded with huge bodies and great strength. That is, if you think it's a good idea in the first place.
Oh yeah a toss sweep, that would have worked with JJ's injured groin speed![]()
Why do we have to do it? Already down 13-0, 1st & goal at the 2, and we chose this as the time to let Watt take his first snap at QB? I was honestly surprised Watt didn't fumble. If Watt had lined up at FB with Grimes behind him, I bet either one could have taken a handoff and scored. Why do we have to do it? Touche.Yep, everybody loves the creativity until it doesn't work...
I can't believe that there are 40% that want him gone. Honestly the HBO thing lessened my opinion of him however the season brought it back up. The guy is a solid coach. What this season proved is that you simply cannot compete in this league without at least an average QB. The Texans not only competed but won the division (albeit a horrible division) with smelly hot garbage at the QB position. They also did it without Arian Foster and not much else outside of DeAndre Hopkins on the offensive side.
The Texans royally screwed the pooch with the Clowney pick. I was thinking the other day where they would be had they drafted Bridgewater or Derek Carr instead. This season probably at 11 or 12 wins and they would be one of the up and coming powerhouses in the league.
Is BOB to blame for not having a NFL caliber QB on the roster or does that fall on Rick Smith? It falls on Smith and he is the one that should be gone.

This **** again? 32 of 32 teams pick Clowney #1 in that draft. Any of them that say they wouldnt have are lying.
