Just to be clear, this isn't Watt's place. I have no idea what it looks like or where it is. I suspect it hasn't been built yet. He'll probably start pulling up 30 ft pine trees by the roots and karate chopping them to proper length right after the Super Bowl.
 
Man these awards are a joke, Rogers didn't have a record breaking season, what he did is something that at least 2-3 QBs do every year. In a league where you can't even touch a QB or a WR. WOW what a joke.

the announcement popped up as a USA Today news alert on my phone. I didn't watch the NFL dog & pony show. Seems silly to make this some drawn out, made-for-TV drama.

And I'm sure ESPN or NFLN will replay this sham over and over again if you just MUST see it.

How is any of this a spoiler anyway? I thought the ceremony were being broadcast live on TV? We don't get it on TV here on the West Coast of Canada, but I'm pretty sure NBC are showing it...

Once something happens - like with a game-day thread usually people are talking about it?

It is live on TV. However there are some websites that already have the award winners before it's announced on television.

Oh that is weird that they would delay anything - I mean when I posted it was because the NFL official twitter account had announced it - I didn't even think that they would be pre-announcing their own live TV show.

The NFL are strange folks sometimes.

...but then, I'm the sort who reads the end of a novel first so I know how it turns out. Then, if I like the ending, I'll read the rest to see how they got there.

Yeah, multiple sports sites had the Offensive & Defensive winners long before it was announced on TV also.
