Daniels turns anticipating a hit. Honestly the worst that should happen is an incompletion on that one. Go back and watch. Daniels slows up and turns to absorb the hit. Smith wasn't gearing up for a hit and he catches the ball running full speed. Questionable throw but TERRIBLE play on OD.

We are now reduced to going super conservative because of Schaub. C'mon anybody still think MS has any game smarts. He has long passed his peak because physically he is going down and he is not getting any smarter. I think he knows he has no ability to avoid a rush and it effects him in everything he does.

If a team does that to you, but you have a real NFL QB, you can handle it. This team will be lucky to make the playoffs this year if Matt stays at QB. We already knew our special teams were going to suck, but for some insane reason thought this was the year our horrible QB was going to become legitimate. If we have horrible ST ... AND a horrible QB. No chance ...

This is why I am not for the ultra-conservative approach. Against some teams, maybe. But we do it all the time and when you do that it takes one mistake for the game to completely change. You keep the opposition in the game. And you end up with this....
