Strange enough, the NFL games being shown here in Denmark are shown on the Viasat Network, situated in the UK, but no game pass games are ever blacked out... Lucky me I guess ? :)

A couple of years back Sky Sports had 2 early, 2 late and then the Sunday Night Football all on. Now, I guess due to increased popularity, other channels have picked up specific games. Sucks for the viewers though.

Gamepass would have meant you had Atlanta-New Orleans and Green Bay-San Fran blacked out. Now thats crap, for the money you fork out for a premium service like that.
 
I'm going to do my best to hang in and watch to the end. The Redskins are my "second" team, so I'll be watching football all night. I'll go to the local pub until probably halftime of the Texans game.

Starting to get nervous. USA loses on Thurs, Bradley major injury and Altidore out for Mexico on tue, Horns complete and utter disaster on Sat, lose all 3 of my bets over weekend and lose both my fantasy matchups...

Desperately need Texans to pull out a win to prevent depression from setting in lol

I've been working on and off in the Middle East for the last several years. I hated when the Texans had night games when I was there. I'd usually try to go to sleep around 7 p.m. and then get up and watch. I was not always successful.
 
Is there a parallel universe where I don't have to wait to watch my team? Superman needs to flu around the earth at supersonic speed in order to speed up the orbit this speeding up the time to kickoff. This sucks.
 
I'm watching old X-Files episodes until the game starts. LOL

I'm going to try and stay awake, but I don't think I'll make it. I'm not drinking coffee or anything because it's a work night. I frigging hate Monday night and Thursday night games. Especially when they don't start until I'm usually asleep.
 
Can someone tell me what would happen if this Phi vs Was game goes into OT or something? Are we gonna be screwed even more than already because of this dumb ass West coast game?

They'll put the Texans on ESPN2 or 3, or one of their other channels until this game is over. Only question would be, which ESPN station and do I have it. :eek:

Yes, I heard that if their game goes long, they'll delay ours. :vincepalm:

I do not like this MNF double-header concept at all.

I forgot about them delaying the game. I think you're right.

On the bright side, 12-7 isn't a likely score that leads to overtime. On the dark side there's a lot of football left to be played in Washington and as the score changes it could become conducive to overtime. Plus everytime I look up a Redskin is down holding his ankle further delaying the game (tactic?).

I hated it last season when I was in Georgia. I'm loving it this season since I'm in California.

I've been waiting all day for this. It's finally here! My 21st birthday was yesterday, so hopefully the Texans can give me my favorite present of all: A Texans Win!!!!

Channel 13 will also be broadcasting the game if you live in the Houston area. By the way let's have a vote to never be the 2nd game on a Monday night double header ever again. All in favor say aye!!!
 
I think Washington came in thinking they were going to do away with Philadelphia in short order and now they are in big trouble.

It only adds to my pre-game jitters. :thinking:

The Redskins look abysmal. I think the bus carrying their offense is still stuck in traffic.

I think this is the first time a Texans game has actually panned out perfectly for me. Just got in the door from work, time for some munchies, and a cold beverage and then to watch the game.

So much better than 2am starts (whilst in England) and 10am starts (whilst on the West Coast).

Yup....25 past is very optimistic.

I don't think we're seeing kickoff under 35/40 past the hour. There is ten minutes left in this game, and Washington are going to be clock stopping every chance they get.
 
Texans, I would like a peaceful late night; I do not want to be stressed during this game. Please put the Chargers away early and often.
