I'm pretty sure he was referring to all the Texans' Monday Morning QBs that will nit-pick & find something wrong with everything the Texans do.

As a matter of fact, I'm surprised they haven't jumped on you for being proud/happy to pick for the Texans.

Even your pretend team can't make the play-offs.

Glad to have two teams since Miami doesn't have a 2nd & Minnesota doesn't have a 3rd. Would have had a long waiting period between picks otherwise. The randomizer knows what it's doing. :splits:

Dude, you've already lost. You better be able to take criticism because no matter who you pick you will get some, and you are at a tough spot in the draft. There will be plenty of 3-4 DE's available for you. The problem? That is not at an area of need for the Texans. You want a DT, OLB or CB? Unless Miller, Dareus or Amukamara falls you will have to reach for one of those positions since you won't be allowed to trade back. And unless A.J Green falls you shouldn't even contemplate offense. I know I did not sign up this year because I didn't really know if I wanted to do it again. Have been if every draft here since we have been doing one.
Since the Eagles seem to be open I will take them, if no one objects. Live up here in Philly and a fan of over 50 years.
 
We may need to add the latecomers and reshuffle the teams assigned

I went back through the entire thread and wrote down EVERYONE who wanted to participate. I made some adjustments to our list to incorporate the new comers and users I left off the list. Can we give kiwitexansfan the Dolphins (his second favorite team), give me the Browns (my second favorite team) and let JCTexan take either the Saints or Chargers for his second team? I think everybody wins in that scenario, unless JCTexan is a Dolphins fan.

No big deal if they don't want to switch, but I only follow a couple other teams besides the Texans. I know I would do a much better job with a team I am familiar with rather than a random one, and I figure everyone else is probably the same way.

IMO, getting a team I'd be unfamiliar with would be better. To me, half the fun of this is doing the research on the team a learning their wants and needs.

Not sure what you were smoking when you decided that the Dolphins were my second favourite team. In my book there is no second favourite team, you have the Texans and everyone else is the enemy.

Not a huge fan of the change from the Browns as the Dolphins have no second rounder but really who cares it is just some random message board mock.
 
I'm happy to be drafting early enough that I'm almost guaranteed to get decent talent (at least in the 1st Rd.)
