5 td drops? yah ok bud.
Niles Paul had a couple drops. One would have put them around the Texas 5 yard line.
Burkhead dropped 1 where he was alone on the sideline and would have likely scored.
Don't know the receivers name, but at the very end on 4th down, he let the defenders hand being in there keep him from catching it. I'm not saying it was great coverage, but the defenders hand was in there... still would like it to be caught, but it wasn't a gimme.
That said, Texas had a couple drops in the end zone too. Mistakes weren't as one sided as you make it seem.

The way I see it is simple. Nebraska is a running team. Texas holding Martinez to ~25 yards rushing on 15+ attempts is just GOOD defense. Texas forced Nebraska into 3rd and long, and forced them to pass. They are not a good passing team. They are who they are, a running team with an above average defense and 2 really good cb's.
You can't credit Nebraska's defense for holding Texas to 20 and keeping Texas to ~70 yards passing, if you don't give Texas credit for holding Nebraska to 200+ yards under their season average.

Lastly, that pooch punt play call was deplorable. The second the Texas coaches saw that Nebraska put someone back there, it should have either been kicked out of bounds, or they should have called a timeout and changed the play call.
Credit to Nebraska for knowing the Texas tendencies and knowing it could be coming. Clearly the odds were in their favor with the personnel group on the field in that situation, but it was still a great play by Hagg and poor tackling by Texas.

Overall I'm just really happy with the win. I thought the Texas oline had their best game in a couple seasons. I'm shocked it took 5 games for the Texas coaches to see that you have to run the QB a bit for the spread rushing attack to work; hopefully its a lesson that has sunk in and won't need to be re-learned next week. Lastly, I thought this was an absolute statement game for Will Muschamp. That defense had a gameplan that turned a heisman hopeful into a benched QB by the third quarter. Man it was fun to watch.
