The Colts got rid of Vanderjagt for the same reason we are thinking of
getting rid of Brown. Brown was o.k., but when the pressure's on he's
got the yips. I thought he would be OUR Morten Anderson. I was wrong.

Yeah i dont know why some people have come in defense of Kris Brown this year. He was pretty good his career here in Houston, but this year he has been absolutley terrible. He had kick that was blocked in the INDY game before the half, luckily enough Jim Caldwell called a timeout, and it backfired on him..

To make a long story short.......The Texans can no longer trust Kris Brown.

Every other team cuts kickers when they go Lidge and just pick up the next chump off the scrap heap. If they can't hit 'em, then pick up the next guy.

The worst was the shank against the 49ers in '05 that ensured us the 1st pick.

Sandro D'Angelis. He is just freshly a free agent from my CFL team, and he is the all-time most accurate kicker in the CFL. I'm not sure if he can be signed right away or not but it might be worth a look.
