Gameday Thread: 49ers at Texans 10-25

I almost want a 49ers TD to keep us focused and playing our natural game.

Its too early to start hoping for a blowout, first up is 4-3. That means don't let up, keep passing the ball as we have been, and keep it going 100%.
 
pollard is a beast man...somebody needs to make a gif of that last hit.....he was a runaway freight train on that last one.......morgan will def have his head on a swivel on his next screen.... l o l

It's one of the reasons I admire Belichick. He pushes his offense to score
touchdowns EVERY possession, no matter the situation; also, he pushes
his defense to SHUT DOWN the offense, no matter the situation.

That's how they get 42-7, 59-0 wins.

And we definitely don't have that killer instinct yet. We should have gone for the kill with the first play of that last drive. Bomb it down to AJ/AD/JJ.
 
Finally, I'm off the road an in my apartment with cold beer and ready to watch the game.

From what I was hearing on the radio, we still can't run the damn ball, but our offense can still score anyway. It sounds like our defense is rocking today. I had my DVR on, so I'll watch the 1st half later.
 
Sux to be the Niners. They get WALLOPED by the Texans, and go to
the Colts next week. Like I said to the 9'ers fans on this board..

We play SIX games against the Colts, Titans, and Jags.
They play six games against the Rams, Cardinals, and Seahawks.

That's HUGE difference. Our division takes 11 games MINIMUM to win.
Their division takes 9 to win.
 
I wish I were a fly on the wall in the 49ers changing room at halftime. I bet they're getting the sh*t yelled outta them at the moment.

The offense can score, because they continue to TRY to run the ball.
Playaction is KILLING the 9'ers right now.
 
Yeah let's not get ahead of ourselves here. We were down 21-0 against AZ and came back. It can happen. And with the way we play with a lead I'm not fully sure this won't come down to the end. If we just come out and run three and outs all the second half we can easily let SF back into the game.

Shaun Hill isnt Matt Schaub and their receivers are'nt our receivers.
 
I just don't see Cushing, Ryans, Robinson, Reeves, Mario, and Pollard ALLOWING
this defense to blow 3 touchdowns. If the offense does NOT turn the ball
over, it remains a blowout.
