Made you click...with last year's redzone struggles a big WR target in the endzone should help our conversions inside the 20's. I like Gregg Carr out of Florida State as a day 2 pick. He is 6'5" (would be the tallest WR on the team) and played 4 years in a good conference, the ACC hasn't been great. I think two major weaknesses that played a huge role in our offense last year were turnovers and converting in the redzone. I think if we can get Carr in the 4th round he should offer Schaub another weapon. I think another big WR would be Patrick Turner, I think he will be around after Carr.
The guy that would be sweet to get is Ramses Barden from Cal Poly, dude is huge 6'6" 229 lbs and is compared to Marques Colston. His biggest knocks are that he played against weaker competition and his speed, but an added bonus is that he has NEVER fumbled. He may be there in the 4th, but I would take him in the 3rd if he is still there.
What do you think about our redzone issues, how can we solve them? How much of a need is WR? What would you think about another Carr being on the roster?
