funny how stats can be misleading

With that in mind, the Chicago Tribune conducted a study to rate each drafter based on his batting average number of players taken who became starters out of their total picks. Starters were defined loosely as players who started the majority of games for at least one season. In some cases, players didnt become starters until they joined other teams.
12. (tie) Matt Millen, Lions Average: .320 (17-for-53) Percentage of Pro Bowlers: 1.8
Millens average is a misleading read on his drafts. Though he has taken 17 players who became starters, very few of them have become good starters. His only Pro Bowler in seven years is wide receiver Roy Williams.
