Draft Guru
When discussing the Texans RB options for next year most fans list Moats, Foster, and a FA or draft pick.
However, I don't think anyone has mentioned the other FA we picked up after the draft last year: Jeremiah Johnson. He was placed on IR in August due to a separated shoulder. I figure, if this is his only injury, he will be ready to go by the time OTAs start.
The bad: he had ACL and shoulder injuries while at Oregon. In fact I think his shoulder issue was untreated from his time at Oregon.
The good: in 2008(a year he had shoulder problems) he rushed for 1,252 yards and 13 touchdown. He appears to be a good ZBS back in that he runs to the hole quickly and is not a fumbler.
If healthy, I think he can contribute and I wonder why nobody is talking about him. Perhaps he has been forgotten?
