This draft is a Rick Smith/Bill O'Brian reset. Better class than one they should of had when they owned first picks every round (2014). Or maybe it's just all relative? This is certainly a much stronger class overall.
So Smith had no idea, that makes sense cause, yikes
Jadeveon Clowney DE South Carolina - was considered a generational talent. Bad luck with injuries
33 Xavier Su'a-Filo G UCLA - was considered the best or second best G of the whole draft class
65 C.J. Fiedorowicz TE Iowa - this board was ecstatic about him, best blocking TE of the draft that can also catch some balls
83 Louis Nix DT Notre Dame - again, this board was ecstatic. He was supposed to go much higher and addressed a major need
135 Tom Savage QB Pittsburgh - development QB with all the tools, that was held back because he didn't play much
177 Jeoffrey Pagan DE Alabama - adressed a need and was taken at a point, when he was supposed to
181 Alfred Blue RB LSU - another board favorite
211 Jay Prosch FB Auburn - best FB of the class, ST ace
216 Andre Hal DB Vanderbilt - good depth
216 Drew Howell LS Oregon
256 Lonnie Ballentine
Just to give some perspective of what most of us thought back then... including the scouts and analysts...
Not to be too negative - I have been on this board since the Cushing draft. Every single draft was considered rather positive at first. I think every single one got a B+ overall from most users here.
We usually draft guys at least close to where they should go - and we usually address several needs and add in some luxury picks. When you read the scouting analysis, there is usually enough nice things to find. And at the end, we all want the excitement of what the player could be for us...
That being said, I really like the draft so far. After reading up on Watson and listening to many interviews, he is a guy I am really rooting for. Plus it is way more interesting to see, how a QB is doing, or an ILB and an HB, than how an O-line-men or a CB is doing. So, the next few months will be really exciting.

Have I missed something? All these picks seem healthy, not like us

Check out CND's posts in the injury thread... if you dare
You got the Baylor part right, just in wrong spotWe visited a lot of WRs so that's where I think we'll go here... KD Cannon Baylor is my pick
Figure with this pick either Martin or Mancz is going to compete with Allen for starting RG.
For moving up to get Will Fuller last yearI missed something, why did the Redskins have our 6th round pick?

What's the take on fuller? Is it possible he moves to RG as well? Haven't watched much of him that I can recall.
